EPA’s Waters of the United States Rollback

EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin announced the Trump administration is rolling back the Obama-Biden era “Waters of the United States” (WOTUS) policy—a massive regulatory overreach that threatened farmers, ranchers, and landowners across America.

Under Obama and Biden, federal bureaucrats expanded their claimed authority over virtually any body of water, including temporary ponds that formed on private property. The result? Americans forced to hire attorneys and consultants just to determine whether “every drop of water on a property” was subject to federal regulation.

“The Supreme Court in the Sackett decision weighed in with very clear prescriptive language that we at the Trump EPA are going to follow… that is going to result in more certainty for America’s farmers and ranchers and landowners.”
— Lee Zeldin, EPA Administrator

The Case for Eliminating EPA as a Regulatory Agency

Jim Pfaff didn’t stop at praising the rollback—he called for fundamental restructuring of the EPA itself:

“We need to entirely get rid of the EPA as a regulatory agency. There’s no reason for the federal government to be regulating the environment in any way except to provide data so that if there’s pollution taking place that goes into another state… local courts can deal with causes of action if there’s real harm done. Other than that, the EPA has no use and I think no authority under the Constitution at all.”
— Jim Pfaff, President, The Conservative Caucus

Pfaff argued that the EPA should be transformed into a purely scientific body—measuring, researching, and publishing data for public consumption—while regulatory authority returns to state and local governments where it constitutionally belongs.

The Climate Agenda Reality Check

“The main problem with the whole climate so-called agenda is that it’s a utopian idea that you’re going to save the planet by doing things under government auspices with this arrogant idea that human beings can do anything to massively affect this climate. At best, if you really push the science very, very hard on the climate agenda, mankind has a negligible effect on the climate.”

Epstein Files Vote: The Real Story Democrats Don’t Want You to Know

Speaker Mike Johnson announced he would vote to release the Epstein files, but exposed the Democrat hypocrisy behind the sudden push for “transparency”:

“The Democrats had every one of the Epstein files in their possession for the four long years of the Biden administration. The Biden Department of Justice had the files the entire time and not a single one of the people who are so loud and animated right now ever said anything about it for all those four years.”
— Speaker Mike Johnson

When Chuck Schumer was asked directly why Biden’s DOJ never released the files, he deflected and immediately pivoted to attacking Trump—refusing to acknowledge the question entirely.

Pfaff offered a measured perspective: while transparency is important and victims deserve justice, the Epstein files are unlikely to take down the deep state actors who orchestrated the Russia hoax and the attempts to destroy Trump’s presidency.

“As far as I can tell, everything that I’ve heard with the Epstein files, you don’t have James Clapper in there, you don’t have James Comey, you don’t have John Brennan, many of the actors who caused the Russia hoax and the attempt to take down Donald Trump as President of the United States in a treasonous fashion—those people aren’t in the Epstein files.”
— Jim Pfaff

The $17 Million Congressional Hush Money Scandal

Pfaff dropped a bombshell that deserves far more attention than the Epstein files:

“In 2017, CNN of all places reported that there were $17 million paid out of congressional funds to hush sexual harassment and abuse cases amongst congressmen. And there’s probably a lot more money than that.”
— Jim Pfaff

Drawing on his experience as Chief of Staff to Congressman Tim Huelskamp, Pfaff revealed that unspent congressional budget funds flow back to the Speaker’s office—money he believes contributed to these hush payments.

His challenge to Congress: If we’re demanding the Epstein files, why not release the files revealing which sitting members of Congress used taxpayer money to cover up sexual abuse?

The Next Files That Should Be Released

“There are files in Congress right now that reveal sexual abuse amongst congressmen, both Democrat and Republican… congressional funds were used to help congressmen not lose their reelection because of actual sexual abuse cases. If we’re going to do this, let’s go all the way.”

Tom Homan’s Response to the Catholic Church on Immigration

Border Czar Tom Homan fired back at Catholic Church criticism of Trump’s immigration enforcement with devastating facts:

“Do you know entering the grounds of the Vatican illegally? The penalties for that are much worse than penalties for entering this country illegally. So they want to protect the Vatican. I want to protect the United States.”
— Tom Homan, Border Czar

Homan presented the human cost of open borders that the Catholic hierarchy ignores:

  • 96% reduction in illegal immigration under Trump
  • 4,000+ migrants died making the journey during Biden’s four years
  • 250,000 Americans died from fentanyl overdoses—a historic record
  • Catholic Charities made tens of millions facilitating illegal migration under Biden
“President Trump’s policies are saving lives—not just of Americans, but illegal aliens themselves. I would think the Catholic Church would support that… Catholic Church needs to concentrate on the Catholic Church. They’ve got some improvement they can do within that church.”
— Tom Homan

The Biblical Truth About Immigration

Jim Pfaff delivered a theological correction to church leaders misusing scripture to justify open borders:

“The sojourner in the Old Testament was someone in a nomadic society where you had people with flocks and herds that would move to find places to feed and water their flocks and herds. The reason God commanded that those people be treated fairly is because of their private property… And they were also required to follow God’s laws when they came into Israel under the same commands of God.”
— Jim Pfaff

The theological conclusion is clear: Donald Trump’s policies are far closer to biblical principles than anything the Catholic prelates advocate. Those coming to Israel were required to obey the law and sustain themselves. The church leaders demanding open borders are, in Pfaff’s words, “scripturally wrong and they need to change.”

Texas Labels Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR as Terrorist Organizations

Texas Governor Greg Abbott designated the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) as foreign terrorist and transnational criminal organizations, banning them from acquiring land in Texas and empowering the Attorney General to shut them down.

Pfaff welcomed the move but emphasized the broader principle:

“Any person that comes here legally from another country should have to conform to the American ideals. If they do not want to conform to that, they should not be given the privilege of coming into this country… We’re not going to have enclaves for Muslim rule. America is founded on the Constitution.”
— Jim Pfaff

The reference to “Epic City”—a planned Muslim community development in Texas—underscores the urgency of enforcing American constitutional principles against any group seeking to establish parallel legal systems like Sharia law.
