If Pence were truly the constitutionalist he claims to be, he would have immediately begun addressing these violations in 2021.

Despite wanting to carry the “Reagan mantle” throughout his career, Pence has failed to embody those principles. His recent organization has absorbed Heritage Foundation staff who were pushed out for not aligning with the current conservative movement—what Pfaff calls “bad apples going to the bad apple organization.”

The corruption takes multiple forms: Democrats have structured California’s election laws so that elections are effectively predetermined. Unlike other states, California allows unlimited ballot harvesting, meaning one person can collect unlimited ballots from voters. This practice, combined with the state’s lack of voter ID requirements, creates a system where outcomes are virtually guaranteed before voting even begins.

Beyond election manipulation, billions of federal dollars flow into California and are siphoned off to political actors for patronage and partisan operations. The high-speed rail project has received billions in funding without laying a single track of rail—raising serious questions about where that money actually went. Chirla, the organization Pfaff identifies as initiating the L.A. riots, receives tens of millions from state and local governments plus additional funding from Neville Singham, an American citizen who now lives in China while bankrolling American activist organizations.

New York, Illinois, Oregon, Washington state, and Massachusetts all warrant similar investigations, Pfaff argues. The pattern of corruption across blue states represents a systematic effort to funnel taxpayer money into Democrat political operations while undermining election integrity.

Minnesota Ballot Harvesting

Nick Shirley’s investigation into Minnesota reveals systematic ballot harvesting in Somali communities. One person collects ballots from entire apartment complexes where no verification exists. Shirley describes buildings with potentially 100,000 or more residents across Twin Cities complexes, all living on government assistance and voting as directed blocs.

The practice—where one person claims nine people live in an apartment, receives nine ballots, and collects them all—is likely illegal in Minnesota, though California has unlimited vote gathering. This represents the Saul Alinsky playbook on steroids, now using taxpayer dollars to fund Democrat political operations.

Hilton Hotels Boycotts ICE Agents

In a troubling development, Hilton Hotels has announced it will not accommodate DHS employees or ICE agents. Pfaff, a longtime Hilton Honors member who has stayed at Hilton properties approximately 90% of his travels, says he will no longer patronize the chain.

This corporate resistance to federal law enforcement represents the continuing influence of left-wing pressure campaigns on American businesses. When corporations allow themselves to be intimidated by political actors, they become complicit in undermining the rule of law. This is the same Saul Alinsky playbook—intimidate, grapple with, and abscond money from corporations to pay for political efforts.

Stephen Miller Makes the Case for Greenland

Senior Advisor Stephen Miller appeared on CNN to discuss the administration’s formal position that Greenland should become part of the United States. When pressed about military action, Miller pointed out the absurdity of the question—Greenland has a population of just 30,000 people.

The real question, Miller argued, is by what right Denmark asserts control over Greenland as a colony. As the dominant power in NATO, the United States has strategic interests in securing the Arctic region. This has been U.S. policy dating back to the Cold War when Greenland’s position was crucial for defense against Soviet threats.

January 6th: A Glorious Day for Patriots

Contrary to the media narrative, Pfaff declares January 6th a “glorious day” that should be celebrated. The vast majority of people who went to the Capitol were patriots calling out the corruption they saw. Of the handful who caused property damage—perhaps 100-200 people—questions remain about how many were actually Trump supporters versus federal assets.
