President Donald J. Trump’s Historic Speech At The Republican National Convention

Like millions of Americans, TCC Chairman Peter J. Thomas was inspired by President Donald J. Trump’s historic speech at the Republican National Convention and offered grassroots support.

Just days after the assassination attempt, Trump was humble, unifying, reverent and calm; a changed man faced with death and witnessing God’s Grace. He reached across party lines urging calm and unity.

Trump is a family man, which shapes his efforts to help families afford groceries, keep their children safe from radical schools and keep their streets safe too. Now it’s up to the voters, and I urge all Americans to vote for our President Trump and the team he needs to make America great again in Congress and on the state and local level.

Thomas promised The Conservative Caucus will devote the necessary resources to expand our grassroots team to help pass President Trump’s agenda, including:

  • Stop the illegal invasion—finish the wall and deport illegals.
  • Tax cuts to create new jobs and help reduce inflation. And no tax on tips.
  • Make our cities safe again: return law and order to our streets
  • Bring our jobs home from China with a manufacturing renaissance.
  • Elect a Republican Senate and keep the House to pass the necessary laws.
  • ‘Drill baby, drill’ to make energy affordable again and bring down prices of everything.
  • Outlaw men playing in women’s sports.

President Trump’s love for the American people was on full display last night. His determination to fight for a better and safer life for all. To end inflationary spending; stop the illegal invasion by finishing the wall; to deter our enemies from wars.

Mr. Peter J. Thomas

Chairman

Peter J. Thomas is a veteran conservative political strategist and seasoned policy expert dedicated to upholding the principles of the Constitution and democracy. As a founder and the chairman of the Conservative Caucus, he has played a pivotal role in promoting and shaping the conservative agenda across the nation for over half a century.

Peter’s distinguished career includes key presidential appointments under Presidents Reagan, Bush Sr., and Bush Jr. Under President Reagan, he served as the New England Regional Administrator of the General Services Administration. During Bush Sr.’s administration, he was the Special Assistant to the Secretary of Small Business. Under Bush Jr., he rose to the position of Acting Assistant Secretary for Administration in the Department of Agriculture. Additionally, Peter gained invaluable insight into Congress as Chief of Staff to Rep. Peter Torkildsen (R-MA).

Peter’s dedication to conservative values is further demonstrated by his tenure as the National Field Director of TCC in its early years, when he oversaw chapters in most congressional districts. His diverse experience also includes, founding and presiding over the Massachusetts Foundation for Economic Research, serving as director of communications for Papa Gino’s restaurants, and earning accolades as a leading sales representative for State Mutual of America.
