Analysis: Conservative Caucus President Jim Pfaff

On October 12, 2026, Worldview Tube opened on a Fox News report that Homeland Security Investigations had searched Rep. Ilhan Omar’s Washington, D.C. home. Conservative Caucus President Jim Pfaff called that good news. If the account of how she obtained citizenship is true, he said, “She’s really a fake and a farce,” and “frankly, I think her citizenship should be taken away.”

He said the warrant’s exact target had not been announced. From there he argued that an election is no shield, that Sharia cannot rewrite the Constitution, and later answered Trump’s energy ceasefire, a planned public execution of Nidal Hasan, and Abdul El-Sayed.

Topics Covered

The Fox Report the Show Opened On

The host played the Fox alert before Pfaff answered. The report said agents searched Omar’s Washington home early that morning, around 6 AM Eastern, and that Homeland Security and the Justice Department were both on the case. A DOJ spokesperson, as read on the air, described a judicially authorized search warrant in an ongoing federal investigation.

The host then raised the long-running claim that Omar married her brother to get citizenship. Pfaff treated that as the methodology he understands, and said a marriage for citizenship is not acceptable under federal law and can be a basis for criminal action. He would not treat the warrant itself as the finding.

Election Does Not Excuse a False Citizenship

He is not against legal immigrants who want to join the country. He said Omar has shown she does not want to be part of it, and that she attacks the Constitution and the way the society was set up. Disparaging the country, he said, is a First Amendment right, the same right anyone else has.

What we cannot allow is someone under a fake means to come into this country and undermine us, even under the color of elective office.

Voters were not told, he said, that there were questions about how she obtained citizenship, and that would have been a campaign issue. The executive branch may remove citizenship obtained under a false pretense. It does not matter that she was elected. If she broke the law and violated immigration policy, she should be subject to removal. Rule of law, he said, requires it.

Sharia, Christendom, and a Wider Threat

He said the country should rethink how it deals with Muslims who want to impose their beliefs on the Constitution. The Quran and Sharia, he said, are not compatible with Western democracy. That is not a call to get rid of all Muslims. Any Muslim who loves the country and upholds it, born here or immigrant, is fine. Changing the constitutional structure to fit Islam, he said, is not acceptable in any shape, form, or fashion.

He pointed listeners to Raymond Ibrahim, on the history of Islam, and said he prefers the word Christendom to the Christian West or the West. American liberty under the Constitution, he said, was the last bastion of Christendom, the last one-third that was not violently taken, from Anatolia through Jerusalem and across Northern Africa.

Those lands, he said, were solidly Christian for centuries before Islam. After the Battle of Yarmouk, which he placed in 635 in the 7th century, Islamic forces overthrew regions across Northern Africa and up through Syria. He placed the fall of Constantinople in the 12th century, and described conversion by the sword and beheading. Enough people in Islam now, he said, would repeat that in the West if they can.

The Constitution, he said, is the best construct for a moral society that honors individual rights through the rule of law. What is happening with people like Omar in elective office is a threat to the nation’s future, broader than Omar alone. If she violated immigration law, she should be dealt with under that law.

Putin Was Wrong, and Zelensky Is Part of the Mess

The host read a Trump post declaring an energy ceasefire in the war between Russia and Ukraine, with both parties agreeing not to break it, and said Zelensky was open to it if Russia was. Pfaff said a threat to supply raises prices even when the barrels are still there. Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries, he said, hit gasoline and diesel around the world.

He called Putin an evil actor for the invasion, and said that was absolutely wrong. Boris Johnson in 2022, he said, rushed to tell Zelensky not to take a deal that could have ended the war. Had Trump been president, he said, there would have been a deal by 2022 that stopped the killing, whether or not Trump is right that the war never would have started.

Zelensky, he said, has refused an election and has ruled in effect as a monarch, and has refused a deal. Ukraine does not have clean hands. People of Russian origin in the Donbas were mistreated before Zelensky, and U.S. meddling there was absurd. Nations, he said, should handle their own problems.

He said Ukraine has meddled in U.S. elections and that documentary evidence exists, which he would not detail on the air. Russia’s strikes on Ukraine’s electrical plants are a war crime, he said, and Zelensky was responding, but he still called Zelensky absurd on diplomacy. Europe, he said, has not stopped buying Russian energy while funding the war.

Trump was correct, he said. Criticism from the neocon right, particularly Mike Pence, is absurd. Russia shares responsibility. Both sides, he said, agreed to stop going after energy and, if the war continues, to use other means. “Zelensky is a big part of that mess.”

Romans 13 and the Fort Hood Execution

After the break, the host turned to Pete Hegseth’s plan to livestream the execution of Nidal Hasan, the Fort Hood shooter. Pfaff said executing murderers does not violate Christian principle. He cited Romans 13:4, that the ruler does not bear the sword for nothing. Showing what happens to someone who kills 13 soldiers and yells Allahu Akbar, he said, is a deterrent.

“I flatly disagree with those in the pro-life community who would say otherwise.” The murderers, he said, violated the principle of life, and refusing justice violates God’s demand for justice. The Pope’s stand against executing murderers, he said, is inconsistent with scripture. He cited Romans 13:1. Government, he said, is legal force, meant to protect people from evil and punish it. God judged Israel, he said, for leaving justice to the poor, widows, and orphans.

He sees no biblical bar to showing the execution of a murderer. Hasan’s being an invalid in a wheelchair does not erase the crime, because he was not in a wheelchair when he committed it. First-degree murder, malice aforethought, is a reason for execution. Lethal injection, he said, exists because people hated the electric chair, firing squads, or hangings. Society can debate the method. He has no problem with a firing squad in this Uniform Code of Military Justice case.

The Ten Commandments, he said, forbid murder, not all killing. Killing in war and in a defensive war under just-war theory is not forbidden. Lethal force against someone invading a house is not murder. Murder is taking a life for personal gain. He does not oppose the public execution of Nidal Hasan, and said it should have been done a long time ago. Leaving it undone, he said, devalues the 13 lives and has been unjust.

Long resistance to executing murderers, he said, became a foundation for arguments to defund police or handcuff what police may do. Real police abuses exist, and the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments deal with them. That does not erase punishment. Hampering police, he said, departs from Romans 13, which the country should reassert.

El-Sayed, the Brotherhood, and Current Sins

The show played an SLF PAC ad on Abdul El-Sayed’s donors, then asked Pfaff about taking money out of politics. Money has to be in politics, he said, or opponents cannot expose a candidate. Money is an expression of speech. Groups such as CAIR on that list, he said, have connections to terrorist organizations. CAIR, he said, has a direct association with the Muslim Brotherhood, a violent movement aimed at Western society and Sharia. He placed the Brotherhood’s start in Egypt in the 1950s or the ’40s.

That project, he said, would reinstitute the violent approach from Islam’s founding under Muhammad in the 7th century, which he said took down two-thirds of the Christian world. El-Sayed is a threat, as is anyone who believes like him or associates with those people.

The host said El-Sayed, in a debate, talked about opening the country’s doors and asked why fossil fuels need to be moved. Pfaff called that a return to 2020 through 2024, and a natural link between the communist movement he says El-Sayed is part of and the Islamic movement. Both, he said, would overthrow rule of law, ordered society, and limited government that still has enough force to penalize violence against individual rights.

The country is good and has flaws, he said. Against the 1619 Project, he said about 5 to 7 million African slaves were brought in before and after the founding, a horrible violation, and that since 1973, 67 million babies have been murdered in the womb. “Now, don’t talk to me about original sins when you don’t want to deal with our current sins.”

Democrats’ culture of death should be extracted, he said, and the political and governmental structures kept so that can continue. He tied El-Sayed and what he called the communist movement to violence in 2025 and to the post-George Floyd violence, and said they want to remove the country’s ability to stop unjust acts. He and his organization, he said, will keep resisting.

Key Takeaways

  • Citizenship: If the claims are true, Pfaff said Omar’s citizenship should be taken away, and being elected does not block removal.
  • First Amendment: Disparaging the country is protected; entering by a fake means and undermining it from office is not.
  • Sharia: He said the Quran and Sharia are not compatible with Western democracy, and Muslims who uphold the country are not the target.
  • Energy ceasefire: Putin’s invasion was wrong, Zelensky is a big part of the mess, and Trump was right to stop strikes on energy.
  • The sword: He said Romans 13 permits the sword for murder, and he does not oppose a public execution of Nidal Hasan.
  • Current sins: He set 5 to 7 million slaves against 67 million abortions since 1973, and called El-Sayed a threat.
