Ilhan Omar Is Lying on Her Financial Disclosure: Jim Pfaff on Lindell TV | Oct 14, 2026

Analysis: Conservative Caucus President Jim Pfaff
Vanessa Broussard opened Lindell TV on a doubleheader of Trump rallies, Kimberly Guilfoyle’s resignation as ambassador to Greece, and a raid on Ilhan Omar’s DC-area home. Conservative Caucus President Jim Pfaff said the Biden Justice Department had already been investigating her, and that immigration law has to be enforced when people take taxpayer money through government programs.
His longest argument was the paperwork. He said Omar reported $20+ million on a financial disclosure, then removed it on the next one, and that she is lying on that public form.

The Raid, Immigration Law, and Minnesota
Pfaff said the raid talk reaches her immigration status and her ties to people in Minnesota. He said he does not know whether she is connected to that state’s larger scandal, and that the scandal is a real problem.
And she and Keith Ellison and Tim Walz and many other Democrats in that state have been raping the American people of our tax dollars so that they could advance their political agenda.
He told viewers to let the facts lead where they ought to go. He said she apparently violated the proper process to become a citizen, and that her father was committing atrocities in Somalia. He said he hopes justice is coming on immigration law and on what is happening in Minnesota.
$20+ Million, Then Almost Entirely Gone
Pfaff praised Allison Steinberg’s Capitol Hill reporting, and he called himself a longtime web designer. He said a quick look at the winery site could pass, and that a designer could tell it had been slapped together.
The filing is what he called the real problem. She reported that $20+ million, he said, and on the next financial disclosure she removed it almost entirely. He said he learned of it the day before the show. “She’s lying on that form.”
As a chief of staff he had to file the same report every year, he said, and inaccuracy has a legal consequence. He asked where $20 million showed up. Her explanation, he said, is that it was a paperwork mistake. From how the process works, he said, she is not telling the truth, because the form is a public document.
Anyone can pull the reports on the Clerk of the House website, he said, and she is playing around with the filings. Politicians of any party lie, he said. What he sees on the Democrat side is a persistent effort to hide activity meant to undermine institutions for political benefit. He put Omar on both sides of that: marrying her brother, and making money as a member in ways she should never be able to make it.
The Tip of the Tip of the Iceberg
He said she has coordinated with illegal political actors so money can come back and help campaigns. “she is the tip of the tip of the iceberg of this problem. This is endemic in the Democrat Party.”
He pointed to ActBlue. He said billions of dollars from other countries were attributed to American citizens in small-dollar amounts. He cited videos of older people attributed $180,000, people he said were not in a position to give it and did not know the donations were in their names.
“The scandal and fraud in the Democrat Party reeks. It is the most outrageous thing that we have seen in this nation’s history.” He said some of it predates Barack Obama, and that Obama put it on steroids while promising to fundamentally change America, using his community-organizer background to build the systems. He compared the blame once put on Ulysses S. Grant for crooked people in that administration, and called that blame unrighteous.
Guilfoyle, a $100,000 Card, and a One-Off
Pfaff said he has never been a big fan, including when Guilfoyle was on Fox, though her analysis was sometimes okay. He reminded viewers she was Gavin Newsom’s wife, then divorced, and he called her an honest conservative. The allegations, he said, left him nearly speechless.
He said she asked a Trump donor to pay off a $100,000 American Express card, and that the donor is out and is going to expose her. “I think Donald Trump was right to deal with this.” He said Trump had been friendly in giving her the Greece ambassadorship, and that it is good to move on.
He said the left will try to turn the story into a massive scandal in the Trump family and in Donald Trump, and that the charge is not catching because it does not exist. He called Guilfoyle a one-off who seems very guilty. Don Jr. and Eric, he said, are doing business they are not required to stop, and treating their wealth as a scandal is obscene. Her apparent stupidity, he said, will lift the story for a short time, and at the wrong time.
Talarico, the Flu Story, and November 3rd
Pfaff said this is election season and the left probably held the Guilfoyle story. He said James Talarico apparently went to Ohio to seek mental treatment while off the trail, and that everyone says it is resolved. He said he discussed it with Nick Sorter, a close friend of Myron and of him, and that Sorter made no firm claim about whether it was valid. The information, he said, is still sketchy and suspicious.
He said the material does not prove Talarico was at that mental hospital. A lawyerly response from the hospital makes him wonder. He said Talarico said he just had the flu, the hospital said it never treated him, and the press is told to move on. The same press, he said, will still play up Guilfoyle, and is rarely aggressive toward its own side.
He does not think the Guilfoyle story will catch. Americans will decide by November 3rd apart from what Guilfoyle did, he said, and they may still be thinking about Talarico. He said the winds in Texas have shifted toward Ken Paxton and toward Republicans.
Katie Zachariah’s First Briefing
A first briefing is always tough, Pfaff said. He credited Trump with a home-run record of press secretaries from Sean Spicer on, and then 3 amazing women who were powerful and had their facts down. He said he assumes Zachariah was vetted well. The Guilfoyle matter, he said, threw her into the fire in the middle of that first briefing.
He said she rightly deferred the Guilfoyle questions to a later talk with the president. In his opinion it was not a strong first performance. She has time to pick it up, he said. He wants women of principle defending the administration at the podium, and he thinks Trump has a good sense of who should be there.
What concerned him most was her body language. He contrasted Caroline Levitt, who looks at everybody, with Katie looking down. He said he hopes she makes it and does not wish her ill. If it is the wrong pick, he said, make the change quick.
God Created Them Male and Female
Pfaff’s sympathy for the trans kids Talarico praised is that many adults have been indoctrinated to think they need to make their kids trans, and that this is probably most of the kids who were there. He said they are not standing up for their humanity. They are being taught as children to go against humanity. “God created them male and female, period.”
Those problems, he said, are not God’s problems and they are not rational problems. He called Talarico absurd and a heretic. Heresy from people who claim to be Christian ministers worries him, he said, and he has not heard worse anti-biblical teaching: nearly satanic representations that twist the Bible worse than the serpent in the Garden of Eden. He said Talarico has done it over and over, and that he is a heretic and a liar.
The Ohio claim will stick a little, he said, because people know Talarico lies and do not trust his integrity or his judgment. It would scare him to have Talarico represent Texas. He is hopeful Paxton pulls it out because the inertia is that way. He predicted rural voters will come out in droves, a MAGA+ turnout better than people realize.
What the Caucus Is Doing Before November
Pfaff said the Conservative Caucus has placed television, radio, online, and other ads, plus direct mail and automated calls, in key Senate and House districts. The message is why Republicans should keep Congress.
He said he will keep criticizing Republicans who will not do what voters want. Those faults, he said, are far from a Talarico level. If Democrats get control of Congress, he will take Republican errors for now and deal with them in the next primary season.
The caucus is spending a lot of time, and has spent millions of dollars, to show why these Democrat candidates are absurd. “the Democrat Party is an immoral party that is out to overthrow the American Republic.” He called it a critical election, urged people to vote, and pointed them to theconservativecaucus.com.
